For increased roll with slightly less grip, the VT Gold (Ex Firm) is the wheel to use. For the VT Gold, you would need very smooth and grippy surfaces as the wheel is hard and works well on surfaces that already have adequate grip. Both are very fast on the road and are a brand new compound . This wheel is primarily designed as a Road Wheel.
